In this article I wanted to make a humorous reference to the popular search engine Yahoo, I think it is extremely user friendly although my hub refers to how millions of Yahoo users make the mistake of misspelling it Yahooo each month.

Cheap Hotel Reviews

I know many people can't afford to stay in expensive hotels and I know about a fair few chain name hotels near my home, so I thought it would be interesting and useful if I produced a webpage which helps others choose where to stay before they go on vacation.

Here I have included all of the popular UK motel chains and given previous customer advice and stories. I have also made this article fairly humorous for ease of reading, so enjoy the descriptive photographs!

Dating Advice for Men

I had great fun here getting a lot of things off my chest about my past experiences with dating girls I really liked. I wanted to show how I changed from geeky introvert to having regular girlfriends without having to comprise who I really was.

I begun the article talking about how I did everything wrong, giving women all the attention when the really they see this as a weakness even though naturally you would expect them to like this. You will find it interesting how I got out on the scene but also use films as a reference to remember how to conduct myself.

Web Designing Job Interviews

This article was about a subject which is very close to my heart because web designing is a passion of mine, I wanted to give other fellow SEO developers, blog writers and designers the information that could be useful when applying for a web designer position.

Here you will find tips on how to behave during an interview and also things to talk about as well as questions you can ask. I have included screen shots of web pages I have presented in a A5 size carrying portfolio. Remember to use precision when cutting the images with a craft knife and use spray glue to place them correctly on your black backgrounds.

Slot Machines - Gambling Addiction

In this article I wanted to give gamblers a resource where they can read how other fruit machine users have turned from spending the occasional few bucks when on a night out to using half their wages on the weekend!

Gambling machines can be terribly addictive especially since there are always new 'themed' ones being installed at drinking venues, the quick thrill of winning a few notes becomes a thirst to achieve that jackpot which is already set at slim odds by the built in sensors.

My Toshiba Satellite Laptop

In this article I was extremely excited to give a review of my brand new Toshiba laptop computer. Until 2 months ago I had been using a traditional desktop pc and now I can lounge about on my bed working or even do some link building whilst I'm sat in my car at the mall car park!

If you are looking for a business laptop which can perform demanding tasks such as running multiple programs without affecting system performance, please checkout my article dedicated to the Toshiba Satellite C650-15C

Facebok, Facebookk, Faceboook!

Once again I tried to make a humorous article to give an explanation why millions of people accidentally end up on a site which impersonates Facebook. Many people type the words Facbook, Facebok, Faceboook or Facbook login every month and are directed to site which publicise prize draws.

In this article I wanted to promote the website which is less popular than the leading search engines Google and Bing but has its own elite following who prefer the etiquette of having their own butler/valet retrieve information for them.

In this article I wanted to highlight the fact that Dyslexia is not a condition that limits a persons intelligence and very often it is the geniuses that overcome it who teach us the greatest lessons.

Men's Hairstyles & Gel's

In this article I have decided to talk about something that is important to all men who want to be on top of there game and that is maintaining your appearance.
One thing in particular which can be troubling for men to keep looking smart is our hair, its obviously not as hard to prepare our hairstyle as it is for women but there are still things we need to consider.
I have listed 3 hairstyles which are quite popular amongst men and then included pictures of hair gels which are the best for giving it that quality finish.

Firstly I included the photograph of the man with several inches of hair, this type of hairstyle is what you call the 'messed up' look and can be hard to maintain when getting older because hair starts molting onto pillows, so show some sympathy girls if we choose a short look. Ideally you would want to use something like a moose or creme such as the Pantene 'scrunched' effect one which is pictured below.
I suggest these products for hair that length because you don't want big clumps of hair sticking together, you want them to appear naturally gathered. You can always use a hairspray once you achieved the shape, this will make it stay in place and also won't make it look greasy.

The second photo shows a shorter haircut, this is more similar to my style because it has a longer fringe which can be brushed across without hanging down in the eyes. For this hairstyle I use a clay or wax. You can rough it up a little from the back, remember to use the palm of your hand in a circular motion because your can achieve more close nit spikes then. Use the clay then to define the spikes, a good example of what a clay looks like is the little 'crew' tin in the photo below, I personally use V05.

Lastly in the photo to the right we can the lad with the shortest hair which gel can be applied to. I say this because it is literally gel you want for these spikes, they will be so small that you will want them to appear clumped and you will need something sticky to hold them together. Gels come in many different varieties such as 'firm hold', 'wet look' and 'extra firm hold', remember not to by cheap from bargain shops because these usually include silicone which attaches to your hair strands and damage hair.

My Online Writing Experiences

My Beginnings with Online Blogging

In this article I basically wanted to introduce myself to Blogger and get a feel for how to create my writings here in a respectable manner. I already have a large selection of articles on another writer's community online and that is Hubpages, but it is time to broaden my audience and join the Blogger phenomenon. I imagine many others on Blogger use hubs also but I started out at that site because I never really got the hang of Blogger last time I was here. Now I am here and have a four month experience of blogging 'under my belt' I feel a lot more confident and believe that I can captivate some readers attention, although I do feel a bit 'snowed under' with all my other ventures such as my personal website and my SEO self tutorial. Last Photo

Since this is my first Blog, it leaves my with that nagging insecurity you always get when you start something new, 'Will I succeed?', 'Will my topics be interesting to other readers?' and also 'Will I achieve the hard work needed to generate traffic and followers?'. I know it will take me a long time to produce as much work as I have down on other blogging sites but I will keep telling myself that this is what I enjoy doing and anything worth having is worth striving for, bearing in mind this will be my second successful blog.
I have learnt many useful things during my 4 month publishing endeavour, things such as ways to layout your articles in a way which is professional, crediting any quotes or pictures you may use, third party sites which offer materials for researching and basically helping me to brush up and improve from my essay writing skills gained whilst in university. Last Photo

In my previous articles I would like to write about anything that interested me, although I did know about affiliate programs which allowed you to generate revenue whilst writing. I started to learn all of the tips such as keywords, highest paying click-through rates and signed up for a Google AdSense account. I think through learning these Internet marketing tips it didn't constrain the inspiration within my expressiveness, rather encourage me to break from my boundaries and explore topics I wasn't familiar with and give my own unique opinion on subjects which were coincidentally worth more in terms of revenue. Photo Right:

I really hope this blog has been a good introduction to how much effort and the type of writer I am, I hope I don't appear to be lacking in knowledge about Blogger. I put a lot of commitment into my work and hope to progress here within the near future, I am making this my second home in terms of a free blog. I think this article is also valuable because it can explain to amateur writer's how to proceed when researching 'how to blog', as it shows how there are numerous places to begin on the web but as long as you establish yourself in all 'playing fields' with dedication, you can make a name for yourself as time passes.
Photo Right:
So as I come to a close of my blog beginnings, I would like to mention something that is sincerely important to me and that is 'sense of belonging' and 'respect' that can be shown within the best blogs. I think forums are an ideal place to exchange opinions without people getting overly worked up when a debate breaks out. Your articles are a place you can really express yourself without feeling the pressures of everyday life, your own escapism and something you created of your own.
When I set myself down to even think right it's time to 'make blog', I first think 'design blog' and I set about doing this by collecting my creative commons photos from flickr or which ever site has photos for reuse. This allows my emotions to be gathered, there is so much more that can be expressed instantaneously through a picture and you won't find yourself stuck for words because they will just spring to mind.
This is My Blog ! This is My Persona, I hope you don't feel shy to come and follow and hear what I have to say!
